1. Function description

1) Working principle:the cut-off machine is controlled by the programmable logic controller(PLC) and Driving Stepper Motor, simulate the process of the manually cutting operation on the metal material. Using the experimental data under same conditions to compare different abrasive cut-off wheels.The consume materials controlled by the automated feed systems.The whole experimental process can be fully automated.

2) The position of abrasive cut-off wheels and the consume material is adjustable,just press down the starting key to start the experimental process.

3) The diameter of the abrasive cut-off wheels,Cutting feed speed, noncutting stroke speed, feeding length of the consume material,the minimum diameter for stopping the cutting test, can be settled manually.

4) The whole experimental process can be observed through plexiglass window, fully equipped with LED light and high power axial flow fan for Dedusting and cooling.

5) The test data can be viewed and printout.

6) Operation interface have Chinese and English Version.

2. Operation interface description.

Operating instruction：After the abrasive cut-off wheel installed，input the following data into the system parameter interface:

1)diameter of the cut-off wheel.

2)feeding length.

3)the minimum diameter of the cut-off wheels for stopping cut.)

4)the diameter of the steel rod.

And then back to the main page to press the switch to start the cutting test,the   test will be fully automatic finished after the diameter reach the minimum diameter of the cut-off wheels.Please make sure that the consume material is enough for the test.

砂轮切割试验机使用说明书

一、功能说明

1. 切割试验机工作原理是采用可编程控制器PLC驱动力矩步进电机带动角磨机，模拟人工切割金属材料的过程，在同等条件下记录切割数据对砂轮片进行比较，耗材采用自动送料，实现全自动切割试验。

2. 可手动操作用于调整切割片和耗材的位置，自动启动按下直接进行切割测试；

3. 可人工设定砂轮片直径、切割进刀速度、空行程速度、耗材送料的长度，切割停止的直径；

4. 切割过程可通过有机玻璃窗观察，照明安装有LED灯，除尘降温安装有大功率轴流风机；

5. 切割部分数据设计可查阅，测试主要数据可进行打印输出；

6. 操作界面中英双语。

二．操作规程：

切割片安装好后，手动模式调整好后，输入砂轮片直径、送料长度、切割停止直径、圆钢直径，进入系统参数界面设置好各项参数，回主页面按自动启动即可进行切割测试，保证耗材足够的情况下，切割直至到设定停止直径完成测试。
